When we make this caramel from scratch we keep added moisture in the batch so that you just remove the lid, place it into the microwave for about 5 minutes and it’s ready. The Melting Caramel is perfect for making your own caramel apples, dipped pretzels or other popular candies. Want a great ice cream topping? Just add a couple tablespoons of water, heat and pour over your favorite ice cream. The two-pound container can be reheated 2 to 3 times.
