I really wanted this to work for a 9 year old who's into counting steps and tracking random things. Right out of the package I noticed that if the charging prongs weren't exactly aligned it wasn't going to charge. Not an issue for an adult but an on the go 9 year old not so much. But what was really irritating was for the life of us we couldn't get the watch to pair with a phone or tablet to get it working. Every time we called customer support they were closed. The online chat wasn't any help because they told us to call or had already walked the steps we had just done. Yes it could have been just a dud watch but disappointing nonetheless.
