Why was this listing switched from blue to red? They are two different flours with two different protein contents. I'm confused.

For home ovens up to 500f use red bag, For commercial or pizza ovens over 500f use the blue bag

Can this beused in a home ovens

Yes, I bake bread every week perfect every time. Best flour I have ever used and I only used organic prior to discovering this product on Amazon. I also use their yeast. Good luck with it.
