Q: do you have to use helium, or can you personally inflate?

On the mylar balloons we took them up to the dollar store and had them inflated. But the rest of them we just blew up with air and placed around rooms

Yes. Helium and foil. A couple of the fouls didn’t float well but all balloons were filled with helium.

Confusing info

I thought this came with cupcake toppers... it did not. It came with cake toppers but they were much too large foe cupcakes. The sign you need to assemble... but they do give you a plastic needle to help... the spaceship, astronaut, and rocket balloons are very small. Also the astronaut and spaceship balloon do NOT FLOAT with helium. I actually popped one as I was trying to add just a little more to see if it would float. I was a little surprised at how easily it popped.
