Does a great job if your hair isnt too long. Any more than 3mm you will need to use clippers first or you will be there all day. Can be a bit sensitive on the neck.

The shaver broke down and the seller ignores my emails. And warranty. Outrageous. I sent 5 emails no replies. I bought the item 5 months ago.The shaver started working by itself and i cant turn it off, button doesn't switch off, it just worked until the battery died and since then its dead.

At first, it was randomly turning off while in use, now, I can barely make it work.I contacted the support but they are just passing me around.
