Q: Does it stick to clothing?

No, not that I have seen. Grandkids playing with it quite a bit, no sticking on anything. Have noticed a bit of color on their hands, but washes right off.

Q: How long will this last exposed to the air? Does it dry out?

It lasts hours or days exposed to air. It doesn't come off of stuffed animals. We had trouble getting it out of clothes. It's fun but must be well supervised.
