Alittle smaller than anticipated, using as decor on our sailboat. Great detail, masts were tangled too little while to fix, Price was comparable to retail .

The sailboat had 3 broken pieces that i had to super glue back together and there was a small hunk of styrofoam to "protect" it. It was very aggravating. Other than thay the boat looks very nice.
