Throwing Buddy - Baseball

Throwing buddy was developed for today's busy softball and baseball players and allows for them to get their throwing in regardless of weather or location. Throwing buddy is as elf contained netting device that attaches to the throwers wrist and allows for a regulation baseball or softball to be thrown at maximum velocity. All types of throws and drills can be performed with the throwing buddy included weighted ball programs. Bio-feedback is provided both visually through observation of strategically placed striping and through an impact material at the end of the throwing buddy to assist in instruction. Since there is no requirement for a large space or partner required a player can practice in a dorm room or any small space. And development is achieved by actual throwing and releasing a ball. Many other devices simulate the throwing of a ball which does not allow the player to release the ball. The throwing buddy is not just for pitchers but all position players can practice their footwork and throwing technique also. There is no excuse for a player not preparing their arms for the seasonal load of throwing and being ready to throw hard the first day of practice. The light weight netting allies for the players hand to be observed and does not change the throwing motion. By being prepared before the season begins the player will reduce sore arms which lead to arm injuries. Many physical Thera sips are using the throwing buddy for their rehab patients.
