Q: Has the herb been properly Prepared

The prepared Fo-ti is called He Shou Wu. The seller claims it to be He Shou Wu in the title of the listing. We should hope they are being honest about this.. From what I've research, if it causes diarrhea it's not been prepared properly and it's not He Shou Wu, although I read two of the critical reviews stating it caused diarrhea or stomach upset. I've ordered but I haven't taken it myself yet

I have been taking this daily since 2016. It does NOT help with gray hair., unfortunately.

I bought this product for a friend mother he believes it keeps her youthful and energized and swear by it I usually give reviews on products I use myself but since you asked the benefits is rejuvenate and support body health to stay younger I hope this review help.

Q: Whats the difference between concentration? 50:1,30:1,10:1..... which is better?

What these numbers mean are let's take the 50 to 1- that means for every gram of product that you have it represents the medicinal power and concentration of 50g of raw material. So one gram of 50:1 one is worth nearly an ounce and a half of raw herb medicinally. And so on with the other numbers whether it's 20 or 30 or so on. So this project represents a very substantial amount of medicine in a small packet. I've used this plant for well over 30 years so whether the package says it or not I can assure you that it has been prepared correctly by The taste alone.
