A392CC Alcatel Unlocked Feature Flip Phone

The hardware is great, and the phone is easy to use. Unfortunately, its low battery life and low call quality ruin it completely.

The functionality of this basic phone is adequate and I would give it a higher rating (four star) if it weren't for the battery life which is absolutely abysmal.

Works wonderfully on US Mobile Service [T-Mobile MNVO] GSM network and Cricket [AT&T MNVO]. Popped in the SIM and it's ready to roll... If you're looking for a basic service with just talk and text, look at a plan with US Mobile Service. This phones clarity is wonderful so far. FM Radio was a sweet surprise, is crystal clear and rock solid with ear buds or head phones. Manual is a little vague.. but if you've got just a little experience or know a friend to help, you'll do just fine.

Was not an unlocked cell phone, I was not able to set up on sprint. I had to mail back and pay my own shipping.
