I am returning mine, not because it's not effective, but it's not needed. I purchased because my husband's phone cannot charge on the base of the car, so he'd still have to plug in. I'm writing the review for anyone thinking of getting this and has the drawer organizer. This piece can sit either way and does not hinder the function of the drawer organizer. If in the future we need it, I may pre-order, but for now it is excess.

Since Tesla only includes 2 ports in the car, I wanted to have a USB hub to charge multiple pphones and also find a regular USB-a port to use a controller for some games like Cuphead.Came across this item and it came very well packaged. Everything looks new and good, no damages. It was pretty self explanatory to use by just plugging it into your Tesla center console. I really enjoy the small size and it looks almost OEM like what Tesla should've included. This extends your 2 USB-C ports to 4 with 2 type A and 2 type C. They were all fast for charging iPhone and Android and also 3.0 type A ports for faster data transfer. Everything was working great and I really think this is a MUST HAVE for all Tesla owners.

USB ports don’t even work! Bad product.

I plugged in a USB-A to USB-C cable for my Samsung phone, and I kept getting an error on my phone that the cable wasn't connected properly. It just didn't work to charge my phone, which was all I needed it for.

I wanted to be able to plug more cables in my center console of my Y. this was perfect. I didnt want cables to stick out of the center console so I opted for this version. Install was a cinch - plug & play. Works perfectly. Highly recommend.
