I’m so glad I purchased this eye mask — I absolutely love it. It blocks out all light, and the adjustable head strap means it stays securely in place all night without moving. I particularly love the recessed design, which means the fabric doesn’t press against your eyes. You can even wear it with your eyes open and still be in complete darkness — ideal for when you’re not quite ready to sleep but want to relax while listening to music or a podcast and drift off naturally. My only downside is that after a full night’s sleep (around 8 hours), I do sometimes wake up with dry eyes. Otherwise, it’s an excellent eye mask and one I’d happily recommend.
