So a few weeks ago I tweaked my back (I work from home full time, even pre-‘rona) and could not bear to sit in my current office chair anymore. Don’t even remember where I got that one, I thought a chair was a chair. I quickly got analysis paralysis looking at chairs on Amazon and running their reviews through Fakespot. I just knew I’d end up paying $200 like 5 times and not being able to return those for whatever reason (‘you took it out of the box!’) so I decided to go all in on an expensive chair. This one led all the reviews I read on other sites, so I took the plunge. I’ve had it for two days now and aside from the fabric being a bit scratchy, it’s really an amazing chair I’ve never sat in one more comfortable! I tend to always sit cross-legged in my chair, and yesterday I actually was comfortable enough to keep my feet on the floor a large part of the day. The sticker shock is real, I feel you. But worth it. The employees at thebackstore dotcom were super responsive, I recommend buying from them directly because it’ll take the same amount of time plus you can add lumbar support.

This chair is a real upgrade from my old, 30-plus year office chair. It is very supportive. I really like the swiveling arm rests, you can get them in just the right position. There are so many adjustments that it is easy to get the chair just the way you want it.

This chair works great for my back. Chair is very comfortable, and I am in it for pretty close to 8 hours a day.

This chair is durable, attractive, and has so many comfortable and easy adjustments - it's marvelous. The cost is considerable, but it is worth it, especially for daily desk work. I'm 5'9" and the standard size is perfect. There is a wide range of height adjustment. The arms are highly adjustable. It's stable and sturdy. *Very* happy with it.
