Well thought out printer!
I've been learning 3D printing for a couple years now with my heavily modified Ender 3 (1st Gen). After seeing a few reviews for the S1, I decided to upgrade (with approval from the bank-of-wife of course). What a great printer. Prints that were still giving me trouble on the old one come out flawlessly. The auto bed leveling works great and makes it easy to dial in the first layer for any filament I've thrown at it. It heats up quite a bit faster than my Ender 3 does. The spring steel bed is awesome. It sticks really well but makes releasing parts easy. The power outage recovery and filament sensor both make it easy to salvage prints if those events occur. If you're upgrading from an Ender 3 and space is a consideration, the S1 is about the same height, but needs a couple inches more room front to back.

This is the printer you want!
By the time you trick out an Ender 3 or Ender 3 v2 you'll spend more than the cost of the S1 and still will not have this wonderful printer. Prints perfect right out of the box. Be sure to watch Aurora Tech's assembly video on YouTube. This seller (HXtip) is awesome!!!! I had a missing part and they flew it in from Hong Kong ASAP! Love the seller and love this printer (you will to). The only thing I'm going to order for it is the All Metal Sprite Extruder from AliExpress (Creality 3D Official) for printing higher temp material.

Unit was defective out of the box
The printer would power on but the screen would not turn on, it also had a very bad burning plastic smell when it was on. Amazon is sending me replacement so we'll see how it goes.
