Excellent printer.
So at first I had problems getting it to scan.Then I realized you have to change some settings in the web log in to allow the scanner to be seen.It works really well now.

Ich bin mega begeistert auch wenn der Preis etwas gehobener ist. Zuvor hatte ich mehrere andere Fabrikate genutzt und bin icht annähernd zufrieden wie mit diesem.Klar die Einstellung war etwas für einen Laien schwer nachzuvollziehen, aber mit ein bisschen Fleiß und Internet rumgesuche habe ich es schließlich doch einstellen können. Von mir definitiv eine Kaufempfehlung! Die Toner halten ewig... nicht wie günstigere Modelle welche schon bei 1000 Seiten schlapp machen. Bisher wurden 577 Seiten gedruckt und die Schwarze Patrone zeigt noch 70%+ an.Für Privat als auch Beruf ist dieser Multi Meister ein wahres Prachtexemplar. Die Einzige Macke die ich bisher mal ab und zu hatte war das kein Druck an kam, Drucker ein- und ausschalten schafft hier Abhilfe :-)In diesem Sinne gute Käufe :-) und frohe Weihnachten allerseits!

stampante arrivata difettosa ma in poco tempo risolto tutto.
arrivata con un difetto in una settimana è arrivato il pezzo nuovo in sostituzione.il venditore mi ha data il numero da contattare (ma è solo per gli apparecchi Home). La stampante fa parte del mondo ENTERPRISE quindi il numero è diverso

non si riesce ad usare come scanner
La consegna è stata fatta con enorme ritardo ( ma immagino dipenda dal corriere, vi prego di non utilizzare più Bartolini, sede di Rovigo, perchè ogni volta ci sono disservizi). A tutt'oggi stampa e copia in modo ottimo ma non mi riesce di usarla come scanner. Fatte molte ricerche pare che il problema sia la scarsa qualità della app HP smart che difficilmente è compatibile con Windows 11... sta di fatto che non riesco a usare quella funzione. perchè dice che non trova lo scanner, benchè sia collegato ( e che computer e multifunzione siano collegati è chiaro sol che si osservi come in stampa non ci sia nessuna difficoltà).

Es una impresora multifunción muy completa, y de tamaño reducido para ser láser, que hace los trabajos con mucha rapidez y eficiencia, pero conviene tener en cuenta que, al estar orientada al ámbito empresarial, no dispone de wifi propia, (a no ser que se compre otro aparato complementario), y debe conectarse mediante cable de red. Además.actualmente al menos, no soporta el sistema operativo android; de modo que en la app HP Smart hay funciones que no pueden realizarse, como la del escaneado. Para escanear, si no se dispone de un ordenador con windows, lo más cómodo es hacerlo mediante la pantalla táctil, guardando el archivo en una memoria USB con sistema de archivos FAT 32. (No la reconoce si los tiene en formato NTFS).
