Waste of Money
This product is awful considering what they are charging for it, absolute waste of money. I request a refund, which also seems impossible. Do the right thing and take this product off of sale, it gives Amazon a bad name. A refund would be acceptable at this stage but I will take it further if no acceptable communication is received from you within 28 days.
