How to use our seasoning blends as a dry rub. Method Take 1kg of your chosen meat and cut to size, rub a little oil on (optional) Sprinkle over 40-50g of dry rub, rub in until coated entirely. Add more rub / oil and repeat if necessary Place your meat on skewers and grill or place in and oven proof dish and cover with foil and cook in oven. For best results Ideal for use with all cuts of chicken, pork and pork ribs. Fantastic as a vegetable stir fry while also complimenting fish, especially salmon and cod.
