Frameless Shower Door Bottom Seal with Drip Rail 5/16" Thick Glass 27.5" Long Sweep - Glass Door Seal Strip Stop Shower Leaks

I've only had this installed for a couple of weeks so I don't know how it will hold up over time, but for now it works better than the original that came with the shower door. With the original, I always had to place a couple towels on the floor outside the door to catch the water that flowed through the corners. With this one, there is no leakage outside. It was easy to install - slides right on the bottom of the door. You may have to cut it to fit the length of your door which was easy to do - I did not have a hacksaw, but used a pair of industrial scissors.

If you're undecided on the measurement get the bigger size. You will want to be able to remove it for cleaning. I broke my first one trying to get it off - my fault, it really was too small.This is U-shaped hard plastic (the part that slides onto the bottom on the shower door) and a soft plastic sweep. The sweep cuts easily to size with scissors but you'll need a utility knife for the U-part. Cut it just a bit too long so you cover some of the gap at the hinge side. It is very nice quality and cleans easily. Highly recommend.

We've been using this Cozylkx Frameless Shower Door Bottom Seal with Drip Rail 5/16" sweeper for about 5 months now and it's still working perfectly. We cut it to size and was easy to install. Exactly what we needed. Our shower door came with a metal floor sweep that would screw into the tile. We opted against installing the rail and opted for this shower sweet to keep the water from dripping outside the shower door! Would order again.

Bottom seal arrived on time in a long box, so the seal was not folded or kinked. Before installation, I measured and trimmed it to length using a band saw, which made a clean cut. Out of curiosity, I tried to cut pieces off the scrap piece using scissors, a heavier duty shear, and a wood chisel and hammer. All left a jagged edge. I then used a small hand saw with fine teeth, similar to a hacksaw, and it cut easily leaving a clean edge. Installation was simple. The fit in both length and height was perfect. Very pleased with how tightly the seal gripped the 1/4" thick glass door without using any adhesive or caulk. No water leaked below the skirt of the seal during an extended test shower, nor did any water drip on the bathroom floor after the shower when the door was opened outward over the floor. Very impressive. I highly recommend the product and am glad I bought it.
