Kikkoman delivers a quality product. I have used it quite successfully in recipes that call for white wine. This was a three pack for an excellent price that I found after doing a lot of scrolling in the app.

We do a lot of cooking and Japanese dishes are one of our favorites. This sake has a very nice flavor, but not too sweet (for sweet, just add some mirin). We also use it when making a homemade marinate for seafood and meats, when combined with mirin and soy sauce. We are very satisfied with the quality. One star removed due to higher cost, although it won’t prevent us from buying it again.

Love this stuff for making stock for Soban noodles. Great flavor ... just don't try to drink it, as it is otherwise too salty on its own. It's great for flavoring. If you're concerned with getting too much sodium, use the Kikoman's (or your favorite brand's) low sodium sauce. Together, they make a great flavor base for the stock!

Is your left over stir fry too dry? Don't want to water down that soup or stew? Find the microwave too high tech to use? JUST DUMP SAKE IN AND FRY! I use it on everything from stews to deep frying marinade! It just work!👍
