Champro PVC Quilted Base

I ordered these bases for a team and the quality was very good, better than I expected. But, the 6 spikes were not in the box. Thinking it was a random issue, we returned them and reordered. The second shipment also had no spikes in the bags. It is very unfortunate because we really wanted to keep the bases but we ended up having to return multiple shipments and finally had to go to a sporting goods store to buy a lesser quality set of bases as we needed them. One note, at the beginning, I had contacted Champro directly to see if we could get 6 spikes shipped directly to us without having to return the whole shipment but they were unable to help as they had no spikes in inventory at the warehouse. Until there are spikes available, they should not be shipping these out or at the least they should not advertise them as coming with set of 6 spikes.

The bases I received look great and I planned to use them this summer with a group of boys, in-between the spring and fall seasons. I received them 5-6 weeks ago and just opened the package and found that the 6 spikes are missing from the package. I’m sure the seller will rectify that but I didn’t see a way to directly contact the seller. I didn’t want to negatively impact the review number stats so I still give it 4 stars for the high quality product.

Good bases for the price and for kids. Not for men. Even senior softball players, like us. The plastic cover ripped on one of the bases during the first use. Good thing we weren't using metal cleats. We duct taped the base.

I only received 1 base! Graphic shows 3 and 6 stakes. Description certainly confirms that also.

Perfect for 8u team. Used for a season, no problems. My old bases were shredded, so this was a welcome addition to my bag!
