Nice and warm. Does come with power wire, but not the power supply. I used an old Samsung phone charger block (5.3V 2A). Also, it is nice that it is open at both ends.

Easy to use and setup. I let it heat up for 10 minutes on the highest heat setting, yet still felt no heat

I have been searching for this hand warmer for years!If I had no way to replace this one I would not take a hundred dollars for it! My arthritic hand LOVES it!Perfect heating control, perfect size, perfect price.....perfect everything!If I could I would give it 100 stars!

Like another reviewer, I got this to help with Reynaud's as well as an ulnar nerve injury. Well worth the price and convenient to keep at a desk if needed throughout the day without fuss of the rechargable ones.It doesn't heat up as fast as the documentation would have you believe but if you leave it plugged in it's plenty hot when you need it (to the point that red mode may even be a bit much for extended use!). I will likely improvise some velcro into the end of this because the biggest weakness is when you only need one hand. Conversely, this makes it flexible for ease of other forearm or elbow injuries. Am on the bigger side and can just fit my elbow in, but would work best if you wear a L or smaller brace.Have not tested on battery yet but an A to C adaptor with type C extension cable is how i'm using it for a quick release sort of system if pulled at a weird angle without damaging the thin wires on this device's connector.

This hand-warmer is a marriage saver…lol! My husband has developed Raynaud.His hands get cold easily and they hurt. This hand-warmer is light weight and can be conveniently plugged into my usb on the side of the sofa. It has 3 settings. It is soft and pliable sorta like a heating pad. He loves it so now I think we can make for 3 more months til our 50th anniversary❤️

I was super excited about this product but as usual it’s not at all as it’s described. The fabric is soft. But if you plan to take it outdoors make sure you have a battery pack to plug in. It doesn’t charge. It has to be plugged in to be warm. It claims to get to 131 F but no way is that warm. When you place your hand in the pouch you can barely feel the warmth. I got this for my desk because my hands are always cold and as soon as I put my cold hand in all the warmth is gone and it takes forever er for my hand to warm up. Disappointed

I used this hand warmer only twice. Went to use it today and it will not work. I’m past the time to return this. I purchased it in August and my return date was only one month. So I consider this poor quality and highly recommend not purchasing it.
