Q: I am confused. nowhere on the details does it say if these are ordered by uk or us sizing. which size do i order if i’m a us10?

I ordered these in a 9 as I am a US size 9. They fit pretty good. Maybe a little big but super comfy.

Q: How heavy do the boots feel, could you work in them 10hr/day, 4x/week??

They aren't too heavy. I work 4 tens + overtime and do a lot of walking in them. Bonus: zipper to put on and take off easily. I'm happy with these boots. They look and feel good and they fit well.
