If you've only got one filter on your tank, don't use this one. **Q: Is there any type of "filter extender?" I need it to reach farther now.** A: Not that I know of. But, I bet you can go to your local hardware or builder store and find vinyl tubing that has a diameter that would snuggly fit over the end of the tube. Then you can make it how ever long you need and cut it to size. Bring the filter tube into the store and test it out on different sizes.
