Amazing
I got my first bag of this yeast for free from a shady guy handing out pouches of strange powder at a homebrewing meetupI decided to give it a try, and made a low hop wheat ale with this yeast. It turned out amazing - very clear, crystalline sour; no funky flavors at all; fermented very quickly. Very good beer, especially for hot weather.It appeared that a lot of the sugar went into lactic acid production, since the beer didn't feel as strong as the ones i normally make; apparently a lot of the sugar went to lactic acid instead of alcohol.I loved it so much i bought 10 more bags of this yeast. I think half the beer i'm going to make will probably be sours from now on

No activity after 72 hours
I've used this yeast before and am familiar with it's process of converting lactic acid prior to ethanol, but this batch did absolutely nothing.Awesome yeast, bunk batch. I suggest getting it from a homebrew retailer.

This yeast provides a very nice souring to your brew. Very easy to use.

Made a super sour cider
Used this to make a hard cider, tried making it spiced, but in the end... well let's just say it tastes like sour green apple warheads. 🍏

Buy with caution
Purchased two five packs. First time delivered just prior to the yeasts expiration date. Yeast still worked but slow to take off and over pitched. Second time within reasonable expiration period however convinced yeast was mishandled. Pitched 3 packets into a 5 gal batch at 1.062 and seems bunk so far. No activity after 24 hours. Pretty unfortunate.

I gave it every opportunity no resultsI gave up dropped in a different strain of yeast took right off
