Does not get hot, just slightly warm. Wanted to return this but no returns on this item. Clearly there is a reason returns are not allowed, as the product is poor.

Very heavy which is not ideal if you have injured neck - shoulder

Holds the heat, seems well made, soft fabric. A winner!

It works well, heats fairly quickly and I love the length. I much prefer this to my old one which was more of a square bag.

I love this product! I use it to sooth my sore muscles after a work out. Just a quick 60 seconds in the microwave and it warms me up after being out in -20C weather!
