Update Jan 2024: The flavours have gone down significantly and we're quite disappointed. Support via email didn't bother to acknowledge either. This has been happening since last 2-3 batches (we order in larger quantity that would last 2-3 months at least). Wish the company looks into it and improves. We used to love this but now back to hunting for new product if this persists.--So I'm reviewing this product after using it for the last several months. I've literally tried and tested several brands that are available online and offline including international and well-known to new players in the market.I can tell you with confidence, that this is among the best ones in terms of flavor and aroma that is well balanced. This comes to the closest with international brands like Ahmad Tea's Earl Grey which isn't officially available here in India unfortunately but if there's a replacement, then this has to be the one.This is definitely on the pricey side and I wish there were bigger quantity boxes available to purchase as it runs out of supply in a very short period of time due to our consumption being on the higher side.Many of our guests who've consumed this tea have ended up asking which tea we consume, so that's enough testimony of this being a good one. If you're looking for something strong, then this may not suit your taste but I personally prefer something that's subtle yet gives enough flavor to keep you wanting for more.
