Wonderful soap, great smell.

This is the 2nd bar of soap that I purchased from this company but a different scent (1st was ginger lily, this was Japanese plum) and I like it more. The fragrance is stronger on this one and it lathers just as much, which is a lot! For me I take a shower every evening before bed as a way to relax, not from being dirty or sweaty, and I like my soap to smell nice. I have already tried soap from 5 other companies that are also triple milled in a search for the 'perfect' bar. I've been trying to find one that has a nice fragrance, creamy lather, isn't drying, and rinses clean - so far this is the best! For many years (more than I can remember) I only used bath and shower gel and for some reason I decided to try using bar soap again. I don't like using the drugstore or supermarket brands like Dove and Ivory that have been around since I was a child that my mother used to buy. When I compare this soap to the others they are all about the same price and made the same way: triple milled and from $10 - $15 per bar. There was only one review for this particular scent when I bought it and I didn't have much to go on based on the person who wrote it. I find the Japanese Plum has a somewhat sweet floral scent that is more feminine and not something a man would want to use. I'd recommend this to any woman who enjoys taking a shower or bath and likes this type of fragrance. If not, this company has many more to choose from depending on preference (for example, pineapple and coconut smelling soap, melon, lavender, and the list goes on)! The quality is well worth the cost. One last comment is that my skin is a little dry and I use moisturizer after each shower but with this soap it's not as bad as with some others. Personally I would like the smell to last a bit longer - then it would be perfect for me! A word of caution, the soap is large and slippery in the beginning and a little awkward to hold but I find that a washcloth holds it better and keeps it from falling on the shower floor.

This prodeuct has meet my expectations in every way. At the age of 63 I have begun to detect an unpleasant body odor. I do not drink or smoke and I my smell is not the best since covid. I know that if I am aware of this, others are too. After some online detective work I summed it to old people smell. I have noticed this in my senior relatives over the years. Distinct to each person, but certainly present. I bought one bar of this soap and have used in daily in the shower. Since day one I have not experienced the unpleasant body odor. I've even received a compliment that I smelled goood when out in public. It has been a very long time since someone said that to me, and that was when I was wearing a scent. The soap is leaves my body feeling clean and fresh. I am back to buy anothe bar.

I got this soap as part of a gift for my grandparent and they loved it. This product... - Arrived on time + Well packed + In good condition - The colors and craftsmanship of the packaging was very beautiful and nice - Clearly made a great gift! - Smelled nice (Though NOTE - I could only smell through the packaging, as it was a gift for someone else) - Was a bigger than your average bar of soap - Seemed like a good value for my money - Seemed like an effective overall quality soap for moisturizing, cleanness, all with a pleasant scent OVERALL, I'm very pleased with this product!

This soap is a mild triple milled vegetable soap. It is a giant bar of soap with a fantastic lather. The "beach" scent is refreshing but not too strong. I would recommend this soap for those who love triple milled soap.

Best soap for daily use that lathers well with a great after smell

Shipping was considerably more than the cost of the soap (my mistake to not notice that), but it is an awesome bar of sweetly scented rose soap.

Although it's bit pricey, I feel it's totally worth it. It makes my whole bathroom smell super good!
