I'm a caregiver of a special woman who takes diuretics to help her body get rid of excess fluid that is leaked into her body via leaky heart valves. This situation means she pees a lot, day and night, night and day. I have protective pads covering every area that she sits or lays, because while using pads, even the best, she leaks. The Depend Protection Plus and the Overnight underwear don't leak! ...hardly ever! Overnight, sometimes, but that's it. So much better!! Less laundry! Less work. And mostly, they help my mom feel better about not getting her pants wet every day. Love.

I almost felt like it was an imposter product. The fit was more like a medium size versus large. Not shipped in original box. So what it the product I ordered?? It’s hard to tell because the product size isn’t identified on the product.

Great leak protection. I did find, if you're able to fit in 2 sizes, use the larger size. It tends to pull out the stretchy fabric if you use the smaller size. Less stress on the elasticity if you move up a size if you're borderline.

I wanted to try a larger size expecting more absorbance, more snug fit, but the opposite seemed true. The padding is longer not thicker. Any liquid added would make the panty sag especially in the inner thighs. I even doubled the panties whever I went out and carried an extra one in my purse. I also take meds for incontinence control!

Buyer beware. This is a very poor generic version. I am handicapped senior citizen and can’t return the product due to mobility issues. I am very disappointed that this is not the real Depends and will have to keep this product.
