Performance
I've used this skillet/pan since day one. Cooks evenly and NO STICKING! It's very easy to wash .What I don't like? I can't afford to buy more at this time. I love it!

Great pan!
This is a great nonstick pan. Well made. I make a omelette in it everyday.

Love it
This is my Egg pan and easily cleans with a damp cloth. It has a nice heft to it so it holds and distributes heat nicely.

Not nonstick, have to scrub clean
In our quest to leave Teflon behind, we keep getting farther and farther away from any semblance of "nonstick". This pan is slightly better than the GreenPan it replaced, but barely. Anything that sticks can't be easily wiped away, you gotta at least use soap and a scrubbing sponge.

One of the best skillets we have purchased
Well constructed, attractive, and the ceramic coating is strong and beautiful. We own several Bialetti pans and this one exceptional.

Great for eggs - BUT caution!
***UPDATE -9-16-23***Even being extremely cautious with the cleaning, eventually this pan crapped out. Eggs stick to the bottom and to the sides. Worthless! I bought another generic pan at the supermarket for about eight dollars and it does a great job. Avoid this pen at all costs!I bought this specifically for scrambled eggs in the morning. (This is my second one.) BUT BE VERY CAREFUL CLEANING IT! Do not use anything other than a soft sponge or you will remove the protective coating and eggs WILL stick to the pan. Don't even think of trying to use the green plastic "scrubbie" that is often on the other side of some sponges. YOU WILL RUIN this pan if you do! You have been warned! And use ONLY Silicone-type spatulas - no wooden utensils and, of course, no metal ones.Bottom line: Be good to this pan - and it will be good to you!
