Richard Clayderman: The Ultimate Collection

My mother loved it.

After getting the 2 CD "Solid Gold Collection" went ahead and bought this 3 CD "Ultimate Collection" and can only say this is a must have item. You get (1) Love Songs, (2) Classic Songs, and (3) Entertainer Music from Films, Shows, and Musicals. I thought "The Phantom Of the Opera" was well arranged, but all the selections are going to be played over and over again. Prior to a month ago I had never heard of Richard Clayderman and have become a big fan and why not...you get more than your money's worth with this collection. It is being played right now as I write this review and I hear my wife whistling in the kitchen as she works. A great buy!

This compilation excellent, shipping come to me in 2 weeks, I don't have to wait too long and one more thing very important is that the cds made in U.K. Compare to other cds I bought online which made in Neitherland, Ireland but it look like a copy. If you are Richard Clayderman's fan you should have this one. I'm looking for the compilation which has 100 songs, the one called 100 melodies. I don't know where to buy it,if you know where tell me, Thanks.

Bought this set for my father, who loves Ode pour Adeline. I stayed with him for several weeks recently and we listened to it often. I realized that I know and love virtually every song (Elton John, Carpenters, etc). I've ordered a set for myself and a set to give as a gift. Recommended!!

After listening to this entire set the impression is that the producer sat Clayderman and a small orchestra down in a recording studio, sheet music was passed around for a song, they did a couple of run-throughs, recorded it, and then took a break. This cycle was repeated several more times and by the end of the day they'd knocked off 5 or 6 of these. Within a week they were done.The CDs all have the same "sound" only difference is the melodic tune is changed from one track to the next.A little goes a long way.
