These sheets are generous in size. The top flat sheet tucks way in with plenty of room to fold the top over the blankets. I like that so much. Also, there is plenty of length on each side for tucking in. My mattress is a king, and more of a standard depth, not to thick, and yet the fitted fits snuggly due to the elastic all the way around.The fabric is a heavier weight, and made to last. I wish it were more wrinkle resistant. I washed them in warm water and warm rinse prior to use. I also followed another reviewer's recommendation and dried each sheet separately to help eliminate wrinkles. I do not consider these sheets wrinkle free, though they were advertised wrinkle free. I steam ironed the top edge of the flat and the pillow cases. I am sure I could sleep with them slightly wrinkled, but I just like the look.All in all, a great bang for the buck. Just wish there were fewer wrinkles.

I was searching for sheets similar to those my mom used to have. Although I haven't slept on them yet, they washed relatively well with only a few wrinkles & were close to the same weight that I remember from the "good old days." Hopefully they will fill the bill.

Finally old time sheets! I have looked for years trying to find sheets like I grew up sleeping on and these are very close. If you are looking for soft flimsy sheets then keep looking. These remind me of the line dried sheets. They are so cool with a completely different feel from the high count soft sheets of today. These do have some polyester in them, but that helps with wrinkling and is not so much in them that alters the feel of the sheets. I wash the set together, but dry my sheets separately to keep them from wrinkling. Although I have more than one set I just put the same ones back on the bed as they dry and I have no problem with wrinkles. These top sheets are also very large so you have plenty to tuck and have a nice hang. My top maytress is 14 inches and the fitted sheet fits perfectly. Price can't be beat either!

OK sheets good middle of the road quality

This is a great and economical flat sheet. It is a cotton/polyester mix. It washes well and does not need ironing if folded soon after taking it out of the dryer (does anyone still iron sheets even if they are wrinkled?). It is soft to the touch. A good value for the price. It is not the same feel as a 250 thread count 100% cotton sheet, but it is close enough and the price is really great!The stitching on mine was fine. There was a brown thread on the bottom of the sheet, and white on the top. I've only washed it once and it did beautifully so I have great hope that it will do well over time.

Old time sheets with modern finer in! Those looks like my grand mother's bed sheet and I really like them. These are really the strong hotel version. This is the kind of sheets that you may keep for generations. I bought one for the test but now will buy more. For the wrinkles just add one cup of baking soda instead of your usual detergent with moderately hot water and put the washing machine on. Go to a colder temperature when the machine comes in rinsing phase and add a cup of white vinegar. This will further ease to remove those wrinkles on the sheets, even some marks, and make it even whiter without chlorine.

Supposedly, this was a soft sheet. It was anything but; like sleeping with burlap (almost). Very uncomfortable.

Perfectly serviceable sheet. It's not silky or fancy but it was purchased as a king sized sheet for a queen sized bed. Hard to find just a flat sheet. I wanted the extra width so neither of us would win the sheet war. I did end up cutting the sheet down and hemming it but no big problem. I am very happy with my purchase. It washes very well and doesn't need ironing.
