Warm! But a bit snug...
For starters, this bag is an excellent value and a very nicely made product. I am also a huge fan of TETON products and own an Explorer 4000 pack. I've tested this bag down to -5 F inside of a hot tent and survived somewhat comfortably (really warm until the stove went out). My sleep system on that test consisted of a lightweight cot, closed-cell foam mat, inflatable pad (R-value of 4.5), sleeping bag liner, an inflatable pillow, and the LEEF 0F bag. Additionally, I wore appropriate base layers, was well hydrated, and had a warm meal with tea before bed. The temperatures that night ranged from a low of -5F at 1 AM to a high of about 4F at 6 AM. I am aware that -5F is below the rating for this bag, but it still performed well.I say I survived somewhat comfortably because the bag would come open during normal tossing and turning in the night, letting in some cold air that would wake me up. I would then re-seal the bag and drift back to sleep. I had the zipper all the way closed and the velcro strap secured, too. I think it kept coming open due to the bag being a bit snug around my shoulders. I am of a larger build at 6' and 215 pounds and I purchased the regular size. The length was perfect and there was actually plenty of wiggle room around the legs, feet, and waist area. I just ran into an issue with the width at the shoulders that makes it a bit difficult to get the bag fully closed and can cause it to come open with movement. That is literally my only complaint and its not a major issue for me. I would recommend this bag for casual winter camping, hot tenting, and early spring/late fall camping.Pros:- Durable outer shell fabric and very soft interior lining- Included compression sack. Packs down to a decent size for a 0F bag.- Comfortable and warm- Good color options- Decent weight, not too heavy but certainly not ultralight.Cons:- A bit snug by my shoulders- Interior pocket could use a zipper, rather than a single velcro strap.

TETON - Extremely well made
These products are fantastic. They hold up to serious outdoor adventuring and are just as high quality as bags I've seen that are twice+ the cost. And have all the features. This TETON LEEF 30 bag is lightweight, compresses into a small size quickly and with ease, and is water resistant right out of the box. The interior is a soft brushed nylon, the zipper has a Velcro restraint on the bag to prevent it from coming undone when you're in it, should you toss and turn - some people report an issue with it opening, but all you have to do is put the pull tab on the zipper in the tab and close the velcro on it, it won't come undone. If you're doing warm weather camping, the 30 degree will be right for you. This will keep you nice and warm on nights that drop down into the low 50s.I also have a TETON LEEF 0 degree - This bag has about twice the filling, but compresses down nicely as well and has all the same great features. If you are doing spring or fall camping and expect temperatures to drop into the 30s, this bag will be more comfortable. As for sizing, I'm 5'8. I have the regular, and it has plenty of room, way more than I need. My wife has the short, and it is snug on me but fits - in an environment where heat retention really matters, the less dead space the better. And icing on the cake - I've only had to reach out to their customer support once (I own 4 Teton bags, and 2 Teton internal frame backpacks). Their support team is incredible, responsive, and helpful. They got back to me in the same afternoon. I couldn't ask for more.Mad props Teton, keep it up!

Not my cup of tea
TLDR; internal fabric was uncomfortable for me, and the short size was much smaller than anticipated (I'm 5'3, it's rated for folks under 5'7 and I barely fit in it). Despite using it incorrectly (as a sleeping quilt) because it was too small, it prevented me from getting cold in a 35° alpine storm. Would recommend, just make sure to get the sizing right and be prepared for a cotton interior.I want to start by saying I really wanted to like this bag. I was so excited to get it, it was my first nice backpacking bag and I knew it was going to be pretty chilly on our upcoming trip so I wanted to get a proper bag. I read so many reviews raving about it, and I was so stoked to give try it out.I ordered the short size because I'm 5'3 and they say the bag is 6'3 and for people under 5'7, so I thought it'd be a good fit. I was wrong 😞 I tried the bag out when it came and it just barely fit me from foot to head. Once in it, I couldn't move at all. Again, I was so excited by the bag that I thought I'd be able to make it work, so I decided to bring it on the trip. Our first night out, we were camping in a cloud so it was chilllllyy. I got in the bag and it was toasty, but the cotton fabric on the inside gripped my fleece leggings and sweater so I really couldn't move. I ended up getting claustrophobic, completely unzipped the bag and used it like a sleeping quilt instead. The second night out, we were camping at 5000 ft and a storm rolled through in the night. The temp dipped to 35°, with incredible winds and rain beating on the tent. The reason I say this is despite me not using the bag correctly, I didn't get chilled. Sure, there were points where I was absolutely not warm, but I wasn't shivering and I was able to get comfortable enough to sleep upon repositioning. The issues I had with the bag are like 75% on me for not doing better research or getting the bag earlier on for a car camping trip that I could have had a backup on in case I didn't like it. The fabric on the inside is incredibly warm and truly is just a preference thing for me! As for the sizing, I should have looked more in depth into the specs, and I recommend folks do it as well. The short size is probably better suited for kids than adults.Despite my issues with the bag that's causing me to return it, I still recommend it! It is a reasonable weight for backpacking, compacts and rolls super well (it fit in my 45L bag), and is super warm.

Comfortable, doesn't meet temp rating.
I recently camped in -14C with wind chill I climbed in with a base, mid and top layer on, plus a toque and I was uncomfortable all night. I was quite comfortable when it was only -5C
