Perfect for homemade NAS
I have a surplus of older computer parts. Motherboards, drives, power supplies, etc. but cables are usually a sticking point for using them in any projects. I wanted to build a NAS, out of some of my parts, but I didn't have the right cable to hook up multiple drives. With this, I was able to hook up two 10 TB hard drives and an SSD for the OS to run on. It worked great, I didn't run a speed test or anything like that, but I didn't notice any sort of data transfer speed issues. Overall I'm happy with the cable.

FALSELY ADVERTISED! Cable ISN'T for the PSU it's advertised as being for!
coming here to leave my own review. I noticed nearly every review on here is of people complaining that the cable came with a short in it or that it's not working at all... Well it would of course seem that way at first IF you don't have the knowledge to test it properly. The actual problem here is, is the cable isn't actually for the PSUs that this is advertising it as being for! When I got mine I did tests on it before trying to connect it to anything and low and behold it wasn't the right pinout for the PSU this sale post advertises it for. I had to use a power plug pin removal tool to repin the whole thing. After doing so it worked fine. So for anyone needing to make this cable work, Google how to repin modular PSU cables and either try to use paper clips, or brtter yet get this tool and use it to do so. You can Google what pins on the plug are for what.JRready ST5255-05 Pin Extractor... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CHYM3YQV?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

It's exactly what you expect it to be.
Straight up - exactly what the picture shows is what you get. It connects up nicely and has just enough pin friction to ensure a solid connection.Everything appears well crimped on the cable ends, so there isn't really any concerns about arcing or other gotchas. Overall - solid build for th emoney.

Looks like it will do the job.
Looks like it will work well for what I need it for in my computer case. The cable is a bit short.

It does its job...
The cable works as expected. The slick black design looks good if you have a transparent PC case. It's an absolute must if you want to use extra HDDs and have only one SATA power connector on your mobo.

Works as described
Not much to say about the product... It plugged right into my computer's PSU and distributed power to my drives. I don't have any complaints and the product appears to be on par with other gold rated cables I have. I would recommend the product to others.
