Easy to use, stainless steel, well built.Perfect for right hand or lefties!

Big and indestructible
The fry scoop is much heavier than a plastic one, which takes some getting used to but the side benefit of gaining impressive wrist muscles.The only downside is the handles, left in our case keeps coming loose and is now broken. It is in use a lot however
