Very Pleased - Brings Relief!
I am pleasantly surprised how comfortable these are. I don't like tight underwear, but I can wear these all day. They are a nice fabric, and the support from front to back does the job of supporting my prolapse, and they enable me to walk with comfort again, they bring a lot of relief to my condition. I'm a size 14 (UK) and the Large size is perfect. I bought them in black - my only disappointment is that because the black, large size is the most popular, the price is hugely increased at around £15-£20 more than the small, XL, XXL or 3XL which I feel is very unfair - I feel a tad exploited by the price increase just because my size is the most popular. I'd like another pair so might get a medium as they are cheaper.

It does actually work - it lifts!
I have a prolapsed uterus which actually protrudes quite a bit so my comments are based on what has helped with this, and these ‘Vulvar Varicosity Briefs’ really have helped. Basically, they are a firm stretchy fabric with a sewn-in, X-shaped reinforcement stretching between the legs with a very slightly thickened central section which stays fairly flat so that it lifts and levels the protrusion – and it really works! I’m 5’2” tall, 42” round the widest part of my hips and gambled on a medium which actually is a good fit on me. They have an adjustable drawstring at the waist which I didn’t even notice when I first wore them and think I’ll probably take out as not needed. When I put them on I pull them up above the curve of my hips (making them very slightly higher at the back/lower at the front). They stay there and are firm but perfectly comfortable, and I wear them over normal knickers so they don’t need to be washed every time. A side effect is that they give a slight degree of support to my stomach which has become increasingly saggy since turning 65. (I also tried a belt type support with a Y-shaped central section going between the legs. It was useless as the central section just molded itself around my protruding uterus and didn’t lift it at all. Also the actual belt was very bulky – although that might not have mattered if it had actually worked.)

Really great support where you need it ladies!
Expensive but worth it. Was totally sceptical at first but after just 4 days of wearing them I've just ordered another pair. I don't wear them over my pants I just use a slim panty liner inside. You don't need the drawstring cord ( I didn't anyway) I'm 5ft3 and 120Llbs 36 hip, bought the small, it's a snug fit but you need it for the support. I'm a teacher and on my feet all day, these worked to support a grade 3/4 cystocele bladder prolapse brilliantly. No dragging or discomfort any more. Had considered surgery but apparently 60% of patients get a recurrence in 4 to 5 years so what's the point. I'm nearly 60 and I've found a way to manage my prolapse. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these.

Too expensive
Whilst very comfortable this item is overpriced and doesn't really provide the support as described

Not for those with large tummies
Not for people with large tummies. A high rise option would be great. Ordered a large and fits ok. Good crotch and back support. Thick cotton material. Plenty of drawstring. Not the best looking underwear. Gives you a bit of a wedgie and makes your bum shape a bit odd when wearing trousers. Takes a bit to feel comfy especially when sitting. Supports where it’s needed. Bit expensive for what they are.

Game Changer
Due to being so uncomfortable and feeling pretty miserable, I researched some products and saw these. Bit sceptical due to cost. Having recently changed my job where I would need to stand for long periods I was worried about not being able to manage. So I have had the item now for two weeks and they seriously make a difference, they are not bulky so not noticable under tight garments. I used the measure guide and they fit perfert, they need to be snug. They give a decent amount of support to the point when you take them off at the end of the day you notice it straight away, I have shower and put them back on sometimes until bed if I'm not going to be sat down. I wear a pair of briefs underneath so they don't need washing so often - I would confidently recommend these for prolapse - I will order another pair!

Best thing since sliced bread
I have a cystocele and I cannot honestly rate these pants highly enough. I van, for the first time in a LONG time, walk around without having to adjust my.nether regions, or sit down so that the cystocele pops back in. These are so.good that I've ordered another pair. They prevent the cystocele from popping out, the firm support underneath, does this to a tee. I wear a pair of pants under them so I am not washing them every 5 minutes. They are absolutely BRILLIANT!!!!

These sorts of garments are a "hit" or miss, unfortunately the back of the garment was too short and did not go up to the waist

For a severe prolapse. This is not the first time I’ve purchased this brand. I’m so happy to have found them. They have really literally put life back into my daily living. The others were longer like briefs, which work great under clothes, However I Bought these to wear under my swim suit. They are perfect, comfortable, still holds everything in place and added bonus, NO SHOW. Yes I highly recommend to anyone who suffers from a debilitating prolapse to try these.
