Wicker Letter Size File Box with LID by JUMBL

The product does not appear the same as pictured. The lid does not fit on the bottom file basket at all. The product is made of willow making it very rigid which with even normal use will cause it to break very easily. The color is not neutral as it appears in the advertised photo but instead is an orange/red stain which makes it stand out. I was looking for something to blend in or compliment the decor of the room. However, I would figure out dealing with the color if the lid functioned as it should have. Very poor quality control. Not worth your time and disappointment unless, of course, you could careless about covering the contents with the lid. Me, part of the allure was what I believed to be a functioning fitted lid.

Luckily I don't need to use this file/storage box regularly. As the other reviewers pointed out, there were broken pieces of wicker in the delivery box, and the wicker easily breaks off when placing in files. I ordered 2 boxes and the lid for one of the boxes doesn't fit, so I have to "pound" it to get it to slide on. If you use your file box a lot - don't buy this product!

It was falling apart when I opened the box put files in it tracks are broken.... Sometimes good price is not always best choice I guess...disappointed

color was not the honey brown shown in pix but a dark brown

Using to store files in hanging folders. Flimsy, easily broken, not sturdy, extremely shiny phony-looking finish on wicker. Slightly too narrow for convenience.

Works great for what I wanted yo use it for.Nice attractive storage option.

I ordered this filebox for my elderly client, but it wasn't exactly what she expected (she's a bit hard to please ;)), so I will gladly take it and use it for my office. I'm glad to inhereit this beautiful filebox.
