It is fairly lightweight, and folds flat for portability. I love being able to carry this around with me in my laptop backpack. It holds my ASUS Vivobook 15" laptop perfectly, providing excellent stability and raising the display monitor to the eye level I am comfortable with. I use a wireless keyboard for typing. You can adjust the angle and height of the stand, which is a gamechanger. I was so happy with it that I bought another one for my wife's laptop in her home office. The quality is great for the price. Excellent stand . All metal. Simple to alter the height and angle . Sturdy . Fold flat - not as small as some - but fits easily into a laptop bag. And if you use your laptop in bed/ sofa , you can stretch out your legs out straight under the stand ( either side of the stand as it has one central support ) for comfort - no more sitting with laptop on your lap. I would recommend.
