This is an amazing product - it's the closest that I've found to a razor shave. Easy to use, no mess so I'm able to shave while dressed without hair clipping. I'm not sure about how to use the attachments so I haven't really bothered with them - it works fine for me just as-is. (I have used the nose hair remover - seems to work ok).They try to sell pre-shave oil, after-shave, etc. I found that I don't need them, but others might.I purchased the charging base which really wasn't necessary. The cord can plug directly into the shaver or into the base - there's no advantage to using the base that I can see. Same with the carrying case - it's fairly large and stiff. It would be easier to just put the attachments in a plastic bag.Their support, although helpful, is not overly intuitive. The first one I purchased worked great until it stopped. I learned that to get support, I had to submit the request via Amazon since that's where I purchased it. (I had wasted time emailing their support address).Once I went through Amazon, they issued a replacement promptly and without question. I asked several times if the problem is unusual or if it's something they could fix, but never got a clear answer. (There's no support phone number to call, only email, so I'm guessing the responses are all robotic). Again, once I went through the Amazon, replacement was no issue at all.Overall, I'm happy enough with this product to give it 5 stars - I really missed it while I was waiting for the replacement!

This is a great product. No more razors for me ! Really good . Face shave , bald head shave, or total body . It’s does it all so good !!!!

I bought the BaldiePro on Amazon and at first it worked fine. However, after a few months it stopped working — it won’t even turn on, even when fully charged.When I contacted BaldiePro support, they told me they could not help me because I purchased it through Amazon. This was extremely disappointing, as I expected the manufacturer to stand behind their product regardless of where it was purchased.Now I am left with a useless device and no solution. I would not recommend BaldiePro to anyone considering this product.-- UPDATEI had to ask them to reconsider their response, and fortunately, they did. In the end, they sent me a replacement device and resolved the issue.

Been shaving my head for over 25 years now with a electric clippers with no attachment. This worked well, but did leave about 2-3mm. Finally decided to try a head shaver and settled on the Groomie. Man, I will never go back, this shaver is fantastic! I've had this over a week now and used about 6 times, still on the first full charge. It works best as a head shaver - super easy to use, takes about 2 to 3 minutes to shave my head (compared to 5+ with clippers) and feels almost baby smooth afterwards. The first time I used it, my head felt stubbly, but later shaves I guess my skin adjusted somewhat and it feels much smoother. So much better than using electric clippers.I've used the Groomie clipper attachments to trip my beard - they work surprisingly well and have used nose hair trimmer which also works fine. I have also used the shaver on other body parts (back of neck and unmentionables) without any issues. I can't comment on the other attachments as I haven't used them. Also super easy to clean.My one negative is I don't get as close to the skin on the face shave. I remember having this issue with other electric shavers in the past though. I do have to go slow with very light pressure on my face as the shaver will pull my skin if I'm not careful - doesn't hurt, but something to be aware of. I've only done dry shaving so can't comment if it would work even better with shaving cream or in the shower.Product was packaged really nicely and charged at about 84%. As I said, been using for over a week now and it has only dropped to 55% or so. There are many options for head shavers on the market and at so many different price points. I ended up going with Groomie as it sounds like it is at least assembled in the US and company also has their own website independent of Amazon so it feels like they fully back their product. I am super happy with this shaver and look for excuses to use it almost everyday now. Hope this review helps!

This is one outstanding razor! I am new to the chrome Dome Society. But I did a lot of research and I selected this razor. And I could not be happier with it. Just remember when you’re using a razor with circular blade, you shave in circles and we have a straight edge razor you shave, and straight lines.. It’s easy to clean, and quick to charge.

Cut my hair well. The problem was when it broke the second month of using it. Some plastic piece in the middle just broke while I was using it, it was the piece that held the shaving head in place. Fast forward to their customer service AI, telling me to take a video etc etc. when I finally get to. Live person, they tell me there is nothing they can do as I have to go through Amazon. So beware , it seems that you will not have a warranty if it is not bought directly through them. Amazon refund me and I used the money to go back to Freebird and get the pro. My original shaver from them lasted 3 years.

After looking thru review after review, I took a chance. I had a Remington and it was great till it decided it didn't like cutting my hair on my head. I have thick hair except for top of head due to TRT treatments. Does it cut smooth close, no but it cuts very good where I can use a women's shaver to finish off way easier. It does cut alot faster and definitely no burn afterwards. Especially on back of neck. It does slow down on thicker hair but keeps cutting. If it lasts a year I'd buy another for sure. Haven't used other attachments yet.
