Are these good in ears for drummers on stage ?

Although I’m a guitar player, and have only used them as such, I believe these IEMs would be useful for any musician. The silicone and foam pieces give very good isolation, and there’s good separation in the mix.

Are these bass heavy?

No they aren't, but they can handle heavy bass if it's in your mix. They give you all the qualities of the EQ if that makes sense. You get your hi, mid, and low frequencies.
