I was not sure if I should take it or not usually I do not like taking pills to loose weight. I am 5.1 and I weight 202 pounds when I started . Being over 50 years old did not help. It is not as easy to loose weight. I started taking these pills about a month ago and lost 10lb. It is not miracle but it cuts my cravings and appetite. I can go without eating all day but I push myself to eat because it says you need to eat min 2 meals 3 hours apart, the days I can follow this results are better but usually I eat one time and a fruit and nuts. I should say I do not diet just don't feel like eating. I take 2 pills on a empty stomach before noon ( 30 min before breakfast). I checked this product online and I found something very interesting it seems like same product but it is not( same brand same packaging) read the back label. Some people got results some did not and I think this might be the reason. I use the one from Ideal Performance this one worked for me. You should find the one it will work for you. Also, I start walking to I walk 5 times a week making sure I have 8000 to 10000 steps on those days. So far I am happy with the results.

I saw an ad for this online and thought I should try it. I was a little skeptical at first especially after reading the reviews but after taking the pills for a week I lost 4lbs. I didn’t change my diet or exercise either. I’m just gonna say this DONT listen to other peoples reviews. Everyone’s body is different and does different things. Just because it didn’t work for someone else doesn’t mean it won’t work for you. Just try it

These are supposed to be the pills advertised on Shark Tank and they may be, however, they do not give you the tremendous weigh loss as advertised. I took the one pill a day as prescribed and had no weight loss, the bottle said to take two (2) pills, so I tried that and still no significant change in weight. So I would give this product a big F for failure. I am glad that I didn't purchase the "free" bottle from the commercial, that was actually more than a $200 purchase. I wanted to give zero stars but that was not an option!

I thought this would work. It does cut your appetite, but I haven't seen alot of results.

This product is NOT what it claims. My carb intake was less than 10% daily. After two weeks, still NO results. The pills made me feel bloated, and I found myself drinking tons of water a day, which I suppose is a good thing. It seems to curb your appetite, which I took advantage of. But still no results! I discontinued the pills entirely and started exercising; jogging mostly (3 - 5 miles a day)! And of course, started losing the weight. PILLS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!!! Don’t waste your money on this product. Read the other reviews. All negative!
