Good quality but keep in mind it ships from China and took several weeks to receive. Not sure about other states but in mine you have so many weeks to install the plate in a permanent way and then have an officer sign off that it is installed properly and return form to the dmv to receive title and licenses. This long shipping time could really affect you having to start that process (initial paperwork and receive vin then return after placed to receive plates) over again if you need this to obtain licensing for something. In our case it was a utility trailer.
