No, not that type of solution, wash only.

Q: It says it is PH neutral but doesn`t say if it will not strip an existing wax ?

It won't strip any wax or professional finishes ,click on the second picture on the left and enlarge to see the info on back of the bottle for full description ,my husband uses this on his Mazda RF and wouldn't use anything else and that has a ceramic coating on applied at the dealership
