If you need vitamin B supplements, look no further.
I started using these several years ago after my doctor said my vitamin B level was very low. She said these work great. I have found that they do work and had the blood work to prove it. They can be swallowed but they are designed to dissolve under the tongue. They are very small and the taste is okay. I don't really notice a taste and they only take a few seconds to dissolve. Highly recommend.

Great product for a vegetarian
LOVE this product. I was feeling so fatigued, cranky, etc. I'm a vegetarian and thought I was getting enough B vitamin in my super B vitamin complex, but I was wrong. A nurse practitioner friend of mine recommend I take B12.. After doing my research I thought this was the best product for me. After only 5 days of taking this I actually wake up feeling refreshed, I don't need energy drinks to keep me awake, it is much easier to complete my workout regime every day (for some reason I can breath easier), and I feel happier. I highly recommend this product. Oh, and I love the taste of this tiny pill that melts in less than 2 minutes in my mouth.

Dissolves quickly mild taste
The B6 in this product is not methylated. The 1,000 B12 supplement has all B's methylated. Excellent product for those who can not absorb B12 orally.

Taste is not great
These dissolve quickly, thank goodness, as they taste terrible. They taste like bitter red dye. Not sure why they have to put red dye in them at all. But, they seem to give me a little boost so I will use the bottle up. Might look for a better tasting brand next.
