10/10 recommend
This was my first time traveling abroad (middle of May so fairly recent) with a 9 hour time difference. I had never experienced jet lag before but I’d heard all about it. I was nervous but after a client of mentioned that she never traveled to Europe from the us without taking it I figured I’d try it. You take it every 2 hours in the plane which was easy(unless you’re asleep) and there really isn’t a taste so it was easy to chew…I was kinda skeptical at first but I had a great experience because I didn’t get jet lag at all my whole trip… relaxing on the plane was easy, my body didn’t hurt I would say It made the flight pretty comfortable and I was able to adjust to the new time zone I would say immediately cause I never experienced a mid day crash or a middle of the night wake up… 1 think I regret was not taking it on the flight home because i definitely felt the difference 10/10 would reccomend

Seems to work!
I was initially rather skeptical of these pills, but having gone through a 13-hour time zone shift twice (round trip) while taking these, I experienced no jet lag at all. I was also taking some Dramamine during the flight to sleep (as best one can on an airplane, anyway), but I still did my best to take JetZone at the recommended intervals when I could. I used 5 pills on each flight (spread across one 12-hour flight and one 3-hour flight), and when I landed, I was able to sleep when night fell without any problems, and woke up surprisingly energetic the following morning, despite the fact that day and night were basically reversed for my internal clock. I'm not sure if it was the Dramamine or the JetZone or a combination of both; I guess I should have tried taking only the JetZone to experiment, though for what it's worth I only took one Dramamine on the way back along with the 5 JetZone, and still had the same results (able to sleep, waking up energetic). So with all that being said, I would recommend JetZone for people trying to avoid jet lag. The pills are also easy to take and have a nice refreshing citrus-y flavor when you chew them. The cost is may seem a bit high, but for the number of pills you get and the effectiveness, I'd say it's worth it.

Effective
I’ve used this for the last 8 flights going back and forth from the west and east coasts. And one time R/T from NY to Johannesburg (15 hours). I can function w/o jet lag if I take this every two hours and especially if I take another one 2 hours after arriving. This has really made travel more pleasant for me. I wasn’t sure if this would really work, but it does, for me. Recommend.

Easy to take, set a timer on your phone and you are good!
We just finished a 15.5 hr flight to Spain and then a 2 hour train ride with connections to our final destination. We took these as many of the 2 hr increments that we remembered missing a few. Besides being really tired from lack of sleep I felt really good. I think they really work and my 8 year old daughter seemed to segway right into the time zone too!

Maybe it will work for you?
Meh! Not sure if it really worked…took as directed for flight to Paris and didn’t notice any difference. Still had to nap first day arrived!

Works great!
This is my 2nd box for a trip to the UK. I tried these 2 years ago for a trip to Ireland. I don't like to sleep on planes so took them as directed. Landed early morning and immediately was on a bus all day sightseeing. I felt great. My hubby who did not use them and got a few hours of sleep was miserable. This time he's taking them with me.

It doesn't work
I tried it twice on 10-14 hour flights. Still the same jet lag and messed up sleep on the other side of the planet. It didn't work on my mom either. I really regretted putting some random pills in my stomach every 1-2 hours.
