This magnesium glycinate works well and is easy to take, but be mindful of the dosage. I noticed digestive upset when I took the full amount, so starting with a lower dose is best. Once adjusted, it’s very calming and helpful for relaxation.

Everyone needs magnesium and this one is good. The glycinate is better absorbed.

This magnesium glycinate supplement seems to contain exactly what it says it does. Helps you relax. Note that magnesium glycinate can amplify various medications and substances. 4 stars for the somewhat high price. I switched to NOW, which is a bit cheaper and just as reputable (if not even more).

Best sleep supplement, not the brand per se but the magnesium form. No laxative side effects. I go between this and another brand based on price.

They are not kidding when they claim it helps with relaxation. I take it at night before bed. It’ll make you tired. I sleep sound as well. I take ONE per day.
