Where can I purchase a spare ball?

The exact steel replacement ball for this game is the WE Games Replacement Steel Ball for Shoot the Moon & Pinball - Ball Measures 1.06 Inch in Diameter can be found on Amazon by searching ASIN B004AA2ZD6.

No - this product is made in China.

My order didn’t come with the small screws. What size is it so that I can find a replacement?

I couldn't tell you, but my advice is that you take your game to your nearest hardware store and explain your situation and I'm sure they could find a screw to fit your needs. Good luck.

Why is the replacement ball 1.06, but it comes with a 1.25 ball? Doesn't make sense.

I ordered a 1.25" replacement ball and it's too big. I've had this game for years, and the ball with that came with the game is probably 1.06". I think the 1.25" in the description is a typo. It's too large and too dense, making the game too easy. I believe 1.06" is correct, and they need to fix the description.
