Received the product really quickly and all looked good. Fitting was straight forward but didn’t fit tgat well and is not tight and sags in several areas on the roof. It might shrink with some heat but the real issue is it leaks like a sieve. The fabric is not waterproof and the water seeps through where it pools on the roof. Bottom line the roof I took off which was 16 years old leaked less.

Tactik fabric only soft top fit my ‘07 JK 2 door perfectly. Although everything I read suggested 2 people for ease , I didn’t have help available and installed it myself. It took about 2 hours. The only tricky part is securing the front bead in the windshield header. Without naming it I used a really strong black duct tape to hold it in place while I replaced the 27 screws . I suggest using an impact screw gun . Definitely worth the price. Looks great . It was raining when I finished and pulled out of the garage it sat out for 24 hours and no leaks! The enclosed instructions were easy to follow.

Exact replacement for my 2009 wrangler X

This is very poor fit. It didn't fit tightly above both doors. Also didn't fit tightly behind the doors. Where the door and rear window meet. The zipper tether on the back window broke off when installing the rear window for the first time. I asked to return for a refund and the company sent me another top of the same poor fit. Not happy. 2 to 3+ hours to install.

I have to start off saying customer service and support is top notch. I installed the top with help of my son . Installation was not that hard ( read and follow instructions package) . Lay out your top in the sun and it will warm up to help you with a good installation. Everything was good. Was packaged fine. They even put paper in between the glass so it doesn’t come scratched. I had an issue about a week or so later I reached out to the company and within hours they got back to me I sent them a picture they told me what they felt, I sent in a few more pictures the next day with a tape measure showing exactly where everything was. The company had no problem replacing my cover and understanding my issue. Basically all my issues were taken care of within two days they shipped me a new cover and I’m ready to install it , I have to say my experience with this company has been great. I also owned one of their bumpers and it’s been on the truck for about two years with no issue I surely will buy again from this company just a little note like I said in the beginning, reading understand your installation guide .
