I am enraged!
I took this product twice but both times,it was defective. So when I requested a return,they came to pick up but unfortunately my house was locked. So they cancelled my request for "wrong serial number/ missing products". And in thus case..I can't initiate a return and HAVE TO KEEP THE RIDICULOUS DEFFECTIVE product. Please don't waste your time and money. It's not worth it

No finishing on product , lock is too hard
The product is unless, there no finishing, both lock key watch and braclet are not proper..hard to lock them.
