Customer service counts ... for me as a customer
I love it. But best, I loved the customer service I received from Claddagh Gold. I had a problem with the package that was delivered and Claddagh Gold took care of the problem immediately. I really appreciated that. I am now wearing my thumb ring and love it. I like a small thumb ring. I have purchased other rings that were too big for my taste. I prefer a small, simple band. This one is small, yet not so narrow that it can become misshapen, as has happened to me before with a more narrow band. I did, unfortunately, use a skin care product that took the shine off the ring ... but now it looks like a burnished silver. And it is still lovely. If you want to keep the shine on your sterling silver, take off your jewelry before using certain skin care products.
