Very happy with my 10" GreenPan Valencia Pro. Comfortable to hold, nicely balanced in the hand and completely non stick. Easy to clean too.

Recently I threw away greenPan Rio as became sticky very soon. This Time I spent double on GreenPan pro Valencia hoping that the higher quality as advertised will last longer. Same story. It became sticky on the edges after 3 uses, and I’ve been using it with lowest temperature possible. Here goes another pan in the trash :/ The burned edges are caused during the second use, as I was making pancakes, so the edges that were not covered with batter during the cooking period were repeatedly more hit with the oil until you finish cooking 10 Pancakes. Even though a lowest possible temperature was used, edges became sticky with burned grease afterwards. With non-abrasive cleaning method the stains didn’t go away. I added vinegar/warm water and dish soap/water with baking soda, none of these cleaning methods worked. On the third use when I tried to make an omelette, the outer part of the pan was already sticky, so I’m very disappointed with the durability of a pan that was advertised as more durable.
